Un post consacré au benjamin de la Team Silex, Arthur, dont le stage sous la direction de Pol Goasdoué s’est terminé ces jours-ci…

Arthur Silex Rose

Arthur vient de valider son rapport de stage consacré à sa participation au sein de l’équipe Silex : des templates pour Chaivoo, les icônes du Manager, le silex widget, les playlists. A seulement 18 ans, Arthur a su jongler avec Silex et trouver sa place au sein de l’équipe pendant ce mois de mai 2009 à la Défense, la tête pleine de projets.

      Team, team, team ! C’est le mot de ces deux dernières semaines de juin !

      La team revient en interne sur ce mois de folie au Silex Labs, fait le bilan, explore son inconscient, la notion de groupe, et va de l’avant en compagnie de Bruno Richez, consultant en management, et qui nous accueille sur deux matinées.

      Mercredi dernier, nous avons croisé le chemin de la crise selon le sociologue Alex Muchielli, exploré la pyramide du besoin du psychologue Abraham Maslow, par ailleurs controversée, entendu les mots autorégulation, leader, stimulation, réalisation de soi, appartenance, besoin, crise, osmose…

      Avant de nous retrouver mardi prochain à la Tour Maubourg, je voudrais vous faire partager cette scène de la série britannique the I.T Crowd, où Moss, Roy et Jen se doivent de résoudre leur « team crisis » sans que leur crazy boss Denholm ne s’en rende compte…

                The opening night of the Futur en Seine festival was held in a nice courtyard off the rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine in the Bastille area. A mix of businessmen, officials, nerds, geeks, BoBos, techies were chatting, drinking, laughing and eating Petits-Fours all in the same place ! Pol was clearly in his element, Ariel and Arthur were happily distributing flyers for the next Silex workshop in Soissons for the Trophées du Libre, Ariel and I also met with Luka one of the inventor of the FRIDA-V bicycle, Athanase’s hair turned red and Pascal…Pascal, what were you doin’ ? Where were you ? Slipping through the crowd, unnoticed…

                All in all it was nice but not exactly the best place to chat…

                Some of the cocktail goers ended up in the cafe opposite as soon as Cap Digital closed its doors around 10pm. Beer, chat, James Becht on how to make a website properly ;D, travels, beers again, cigarettes, Silex, queer, and so on, until 2 am and even later… It was also the occasion for some of us to get to know each other better outside the office where, by the way, Sha and Alex remained, working on the Silex Manager !

                    First, welcome to 10th Silex-Labs member, DRUGBOX, a developer from Leipzig, Germany ! He’s been with us in the office since monday.

                    ATHANASE seems happy eating his sandwich from Chez Goodies, the weather is not so bad, the conversation goes from programming to men-women relationships, PASCAL’s smoking habit and finally, ARIEL made us all laugh while eating his half-smashed and not so much yellow banana, covered with bread flour.

                    What else happened ?

                    OoOoOooh I know !

                    When I arrived this morning, the Big Boss, a.k.a Lex, was wearing a striped shirt, fancy black shoes and brown tuxedo pants instead of his usual geeky tees and slacks ;D
